I am based in Kelso, in the Scottish Borders and practice from my own clinic which is situated just a few minutes away from the town centre.

It was during my many months of rehabilitation following a serious knee injury and major surgery that I first took an interest in injury rehabilitation. I was struck by the level of professionalism, commitment and encouragement shown by the practitioners that oversaw my rehabilitation.

Like those that showed that professionalism, commitment and encouragement to me, I take the same approach with all my patients.

Each treatment and rehabilitation programme is specific to you and is developed to help you return to full fitness as quickly and safely as possible.
